Our Five Senses

Using our sense of touch to feel a variety of textures

A soft feather
Bumpy corn

Painting with a variety of textured materials

Final product
Cutting out pics of our five senses to paste onto a face

Using our sense of hearing to listen to the noisy contents of different jars

Making a guess and placing the jars next to the items that we heard
Filling out our five senses booklets
Feeling gloves filled with different items and guessing what the contents are
Cutting/pasting and matching words to pictures

We filled jars with different scents and each child had a turn to smell and guess
Later on we uncovered the jars and revealed the contents

We recorded our guesses and answers as a group
